SYNOPSIS

1847, the Carricks sank off the coast of the Gaspé Peninsula. The ship was carrying 187 Irish passengers fleeing the famine and… a violin with a label inside, reading “Antonio Stradivarius.” In 2020, bones washed ashore on the beach of Cap-des-Rosiers, Quebec. The film's original research helped uncover a mass grave of Irish Immigrants, confirming the identity of bones on the beach and telling the story of one family.

Featuring : Charles Kavanagh.
